I read the whole story - apparently a drunk idiot incessantly bothered him after he graciously signed and took photos, etc. Then the guy thought it was a good idea to antagonize the champ. What is missing is you can't hear the whole dialogue that finally set Tyson off. I really don't think Tyson is the villain in this one. Not that he is a normal guy, but I think in so many ways he defended himself from a complete jerk. That said, I am sure this guy will sue , sue and sue. Not one to condone violence, but I think more of this type of punishment should be handed out against a lot of rude nonsense I see out there in my travels. Like the guy on this video famously said - "everybody has a plan til they get punched in the mouth".

It's deeper than just another drunk idiot story...

Tyson was gracious and took a pic with him...
engaged him in some conversation...but kept begging off for silence...
after badgering Tyson incessantly...
Tyson flat asked him to back off...

then the guy threw a wattle bottle at Tyson...that's assault...

then Tyson pounded him...

he got what he deserved...you don't throw a water bottle at someone...especially at Mike Tyson...

Heck being able to tell the story at gatherings that Iron Mike Tyson once gave me Magic Mushrooms on plane would have would make me happy for years.

It's on the video that a passenger shot from the seat across from him and Tyson. He states" Mike even gave the guy mushrooms and he still wont leave him alone".
I believe they are legal or decimalized in Ore, Col, and Washington state so far. I have seen reports that they are using them in all types of medical studies as a cure for depression and the success rate is very high. Who would have thought?

Tyson has a marijuana company that makes a weed eatable that is shaped like a ear with a chunk taken out. (hopefully some money goes to Evander) and I have heard him on podcast talk about mushrooms he eats. So the likelihood of him handing someone mushrooms is really high.

Despite what each of us think about Tyson, personally I don't have a high opinion of the guy, the fact is 'a fool and his money are soon parted', be it buying magic mushrooms or punching the krap out of someone who's sitting down. This will cost Tyson some serious money, there's no doubt about that. Now I'm thinking what the media would say if a White ex Pro Boxer beat up a Black guy on a plane, there would be riots in the streets....for starters.
