Guys..

We all know the germans loved their models and prototypes in scale so, after recently watching the Battle of the Bulge movie I thought I would have some fun. With the soon to be released Jagdtiger I thought I would show Hitler and some cronies late in the war thinking this wonder weapon would stem the tide of russki and allied armour.

Almost drooling over the scale plans the model dwarfs the office. Would not have liked to drag that in.

Hope you like them
Mitch

Very clever idea for a scene! It reminds me of the beginning of "Battle of the Bulge", where Hessler and the general review the models of the "wonder weapons" that would drive the Allies to their knees.

Prost!

Now that is a really neat "outside the box" dio. Really creative. Nice job. -- Al

Thanks.

The model is an old FOV 1/72nd or, may be Dragon not sure now as it was wrapped up in a box that I had with some others in the loft. I was going to use the Maus but, it was too big!! The plans are from the internet and just copied and shrunk down to size
Mitch

very creative. what model is that and where did you get those plans?

Very creative and well executed. I particularly like the schematic docs.

Dear Mitch:

Splendid and very unique diorama of the German high command in Berlin in late WW2.

Great idea. It looks brilliant. I've done this with my 1/6 figs, but never thought it goes so well with 1/30.

Thumb up :smile2:

Dear Mitch,
