Agreed, MK003 and MK016 are both absolutely beautiful figures as well!
Debrito, the regular MK003 (which I have) is probably K&C's best Templar figure and thus one of my favourite figures in my collection. The special version is a Hospitaller.
Chiefs70, in the Osprey book "German Medieval Armies 1000-1300" (Men-at-Arms Series 310), there is a colour illustration showing a German bishop with a similar mitre headpiece to the K&C one, and likewise armed with a mace. The illustration is labelled Walter von Geroldseck, Bishop of Strasbourg 1262. He isn't a Crusader but could have been, I imagine. This image may have been the inspiration for K&C's figure. Also, if you can track down the dealer special version of the Charging Knight with axe,(MK015(S)), he has the same coloured tunic as the fighting Bishop and looks great running beside him.
