Mounted Romans Boxed, need an ID (1 Viewer)

I can't remember who this maker is. It is an original Green Box with Burlington Toys Label. The end label is missing, so no idea on the maker. Definitely original box. Any help is appreciated.

It says Burlington toys. It is the shop label. The original box label was missing. That said pretty sure now it is mulberry.
