The Divinyls had some great songs, Chrissy often wore a Black School girls uniform when performing, not sure if she beat Angus Young (AC/DC) to wearing school uniforms, but she was certainly more attractive

'Rage' is an Australian Music TV program, it started in 1987 and still airs Fridays and Saturdays.

Have you visited your brother in Australia, Melbourne and Perth are both great cities but I prefer Perth myself, Melbourne is too cold for me, but may suit people from the Northern Hemisphere best.
Matt:

I still have not made it to Australia even though my brother has lived there for over 10 years.

Thanks for posting this, I did not know this song. I have all the early Genesis albums up to Then There were Three, I did not like them as much after that, despite their success.

Sounds like you have a lucky brother, all the best.
Love that live video!

And thanks for the kind words about my brother. He is a good guy who he has worked hard for his rewards.

He has also recommended some great music over the years.

Like this band, Marillion:

I know Australia is a long way from the US but hopefully you'll make the trip one day Jason.

Marillion is new to me, apparently the name comes from J R R Tolkiens book The Silmarillion; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Silmarillion

Reminds me of the album below that I used to play back in the 1970's when 'The Lord of the Rings' had a resurgence, The LOTR book was popular with University/Hippy types, I was in my early teens at the time, and first read The LOTR book in 1971. BTW I still haven't finished reading The Silmarillion, few people have ;)

Thanks Matt, I wasn't familiar with this band, not bad at all!

A bit different ....

Sing Sing Sing – with dance!

When I was young, my Nan told me how she liked dancing when she was young - I'll lay odds it was never like this.

Even Ginger Rogers and Fred Astair don't do that.

Matt, I should issue a 'brass' warning, but if you can put up with it, it really swings.
