i felt that as we acquire newer and more improved figures, we logically will clear the older pieces. i for one, have some pieces that i regard as valuable/priceless due to sentimental value. my favourite pieces even till now are the fall of berlin figures, especially the last stand set. this set effectively sealed my switch from 1/6 to 1/30. due to this, i will not trade that set. even for a winter tiger. incase anyone forgets, i've lumped up 5 of my favoutire fall of berlin figures in a 1 minute display.

anybody else have this same quirk?

After collecting Britains Civil soldiers all the way back to the Swoppets.....I was leary about King and Country....and that was a big mistake .....now I have 100's of them.....but I first ordered 1 set of the Fall of Berlin to see what they would be like .....and with in a few months I had all of them .....Russian's...the Tenement..Puma and the King Tiger......they are my Favorite for that reason....the winter Tiger is still a great piece though.....

Again for me it was the fall of berlin figures and the berlin tenement building display in pacific place that got me hooked..the upcoming winter bulge germans look in the same league as the fall of berlin figures so looking forward to getting them

Mine would have to be the Winter Tiger. Following a close second is the Winter sandbagged Sherman with the Patton figure. Both of these sets come with ample figures for an instant dio scene.

I love this series too. The guy kneeling with the panzerfaust is a classic. The t34 with bedsprings is one of if not my most favorite kc piece. The figures of the whole series were original and just excellent. I am praying andy will do acouple of more sets like the last stand of the waffen ss volunteers from france and holland. A big russian assult gun is 152 or a stalin take crossing the river spree would be wonderful.

Unfortunately, an Eastern Front series is almost as unlikely as another Pacific series from K&C. From the posted photos, Figarti had only a JS2 prototype, but no production date and it was on it's own and not part of a series.

nasir. i wish ANDY would make a few russian winter sets to see how it goes. the berlin sets are my favorites also.

The Fall of Berlin was one of my favorite series that K&C has ever done. Each set was great. They were great in dioramas or even as stand alone pieces.

This is a classic series in my opinion, especially the German infantrymen, very dramatic and really captured the doom of the defense of Berlin.

Easily one of my favorite series (The Battle of the Bulge series is #1, this one is #1A, Market Garden is #1B).....................

It's one of my favourite series, but unfortunately, the series seems to have ended.

Where did you find that?

Am relatively new to K&C (only over the past year) but definitely like the Market Garden series with the rest of the WW2 sets a close second. Am concentrating on the retired items at present but have a question: did the MG series also have a 75mm pack howitzer with a 3 man crew and a mortar team? Also understand that the series dates back to 1995?

love the fall of berlin series thats what got me into king and country also love the winter tiger

The answer is yes, but the Original Series was called Arnhem. The field

piece set is AN04 "The Gunners" AN08 is "The Mortar Team"

Both sets are retired, but they do show up at shows and on Ebay and would

be a great addition to any collection!:)

My favorite piece is the Winter Tiger although I also love the first four sets of the American Bulge, the GI's wintered look and facial expressions are the best I have ever seen from K&C

I am divided over my favorite KC set. It is either the BoB King Tiger (which KC really nailed the look and atmosphere of) or the PanzerMeyer halftrack that is a great dio unto itself, with great figures and detail. -- lancer

Thanks for clearing that up-the photos are great. I can only imagine how much the asking price for those pieces are now. Just picked up 2 more retired MG pieces today. Hope to get the 6 pounder and recce jeep before too long.
