My Figarti Vehicle Collection (1 Viewer)

Try and get those done shortly then onto next vehicles in collection FL, War Park, Eagle Design or Honour Bound

Good stuff. Didn't keep up with the releases at the time but they are very nice. They filled many gaps then. Who will fill them now?
We're done with WW2 anyway (we hope) so it's up to the higher ranks;).

Excellent photos and dioramas.
Also interesting to hear of pros and cons.

They made some interesting sets but fragility and painting was an issue for sure.
The figures no evidence of primer and vehicles the same,

I'd be fortunate that a majority of my AFV have had extra weathering and this seems to have protected paint but just when doing phots to day noticed that the SU85M in Soviet Green has just started with paint on front fenders starting to lift and flack and flacking the whole paint area has lifted so tried stabilizing with super glue applied primer around & will repaint if this doesn't work along with some weathering to mask off to Ray for lots of magic.

The problem with some Figarti vehicles and figures, as has been repeatedly pointed out, is they failed to apply primer. Once a vehicle starts to flake, it’s going to spread and you need to have it primed and re-painted. Basically, it’s trash.

I still think Figarti are the best "vehicles" ever made in a lot of cases even with the paint issues.
