I Finally decided to get this one ( I was waiting for the P-51 Mustang, but since it may not come out for another 2 to 3 weeks).
I decided to buy this one as my January Big purchase (the $150.00 and over purchase), And consider the Mustang as my February big purchase.
The deciding moment is when I got and watched "The Battle of Britain", And decided 20 minutes into the movie to get the Hurricane, Buying the airfield mat too from Build-a-rama in a week. So another Guy that would like to remember and honor ''The Few that Many Owe...." Whenever I look at it. For" REMEMBERING IS HONORING"

Well said:cool:

I have thought about getting the Hurricane but I guess I will just wait for the P51B . Cant really afford to collect both RAF and USAF. So I will just stick with the USAF instead.

Its really hard isn't it.I'd also like the P51 and all the USAAF figures but neither space or money will allow,so I'll have to stick with the RAF.(maybe with one or two USAAF figures visiting!;))

The P-51, ME-109, Fockewulf, And the Spitfire would be the Only ones that is a must buy for me(not unless there is a P-38 or Bombers). February is a slow month for me in the K&C arena ;), So its a save up for the Bigger release Month that I like Month For me.

Yes they are the big four that I want,I also like the idea of the Stuka as its a less produced model than the others.

I have bought the Hurracane, but would like to see a Stuka, also like to see the Bolton Paul Defiant, but i do not think this aircraft would have much appeal outside the UK. The mosquito would also be good. Antoaircaft gun would also look good.

Didn't K&C make a wood Bolton Paul Defiant warbird? You never know with K&C - They could do a small run of them?

Cheers Peiper:

Not sure about a Bolton Paul Defiant, but K&C already did a Stuka and Mosquito. I would love to see a Beaufighter, Grasshopper & Lysander though! I see that they still have a Whirlwind available if you want something a little unique.

Tally Ho,

Andy told me awhile ago that he wasn't interested in making a Defiant although I would love to see something like that made, wood or poly.

I have only one complaint about the new polystone warbirds, I set it up next to my good ole 109 and I really prefer the roughed up look of the 109, think the Hurricaine's a little too clean.
Though I do like the Hurricaines scaled up to 1/30, it really is much larger.

Hi Guys,

First of all… a belated Happy New Year… Secondly, aircraft wise, we have a whole big bunch of polystone and metal aircraft already in the works for release throughout 2010 and beyond…

On the specialized wooden, hand-carved front the next batch (for release over a few months) are as follows:

Junkers 88 (3 versions, Europe, Desert and Winter)
Lysander (2 versions, Europe and Desert)
Boulton Paul Defiant (1 version)
D.H. Mosquito (633 Squadron version)
Thunderbolt (1 version)

Hope this info helps… Best wishes and Happy Flying!

That's an impressive list.

How about that. A small run of Defiants.:D:D Seems like you just have to put in your order and next thing you know it's announced. :)

What like this! This was made by a friend of my Fathers who hand-carved it from wood - some of the details are made from bits of Coke cans and cotton thread. I may have to buy a couple of the K&C RAF figures to go with it. I’m sure that the K&C versions will be sell outs before they are even released. :)
