Thanks Lt, more on the way. Had to get a new computer and had to get used to the idiosyncrasies of some of the software.Still working on this figure. I have the face to do and more detail work.

He looks excellent KV, it would be nice to see him finished.
He withstands a) enlargement and b) flash photography. So I bet he looks better in real life!

Returning to my matte finished figures of the Zulu War the following are figures from MINIMEN Sculpted by J. B. Updyke and what I consider some of the finiest ever done. They're figures scluped back in the late 70's and retailed at the time for $3.95 and added to my kit figure collection in the mid 80's at a cost of $5.95........The Lt.

While the Kilted Vampire is feeling lonely and blue thought I'd post one of my Zulu Figures just about finished. Hope this cheers him up some what and who know he'd may surprise us with one or two photos......The Lt.

Those guys look mean in matte (sorry KV). It seems to me that the more realistic the sculpt, the better the matte shows it off. Great stuff as always.
