My Painted Metal Figures (1 Viewer)

Ah yes, Those are nice Hinchcliffe vintage kit figs. I got about 20 in a lot on ebay last winter. Mostly a bunch of the same pose but they went for a song. I have painted exactly ONE. The rest still in the box.

Nice paint work by all gang. Thanks for kicking my brain into gear too. I couldnt think of much to hunt for at OTSN. Now I remember --ZULU!!!!!!!!!!!

Jeff after bring the following Greenwood and ball figures back to bare metal after painting them back in the mid 80's I was planning on finding a source to cast a number of them for me but never got around to it. It's going to taker me quite some time to finish these in matte with the detailing I'm loooking to achieve. Thought I'd get them posted today while your still finishing up on your mounted troopers and looking forward to seeing them....The Lt.

Joe.

I have actually managed a lick of paint today, so I hope to show some photo's in the next day or two.

These castings are quite remarkable considering that they were done 20 years ago, they will look very nice when you have finished with them.

Regards

Jeff

Yeah how many do you have????????

Some of those figures look really cool. They are not really available any more are they? I am having a camera bridge link problem. So no pictures . Loads building up;)

Seems the Colonel's using the excuse he's having a problem providing picture. What I think is happening is that his lady is now home and due to the fact that they're holding hands alot since she's return the magic paint brush hasn't been it use. John looking forward to your next group of painted figures as well as the one's finished by your grandson. KV to the best of my knowledge the Greenwwod and Ball figures are no longer available. You may want to contact Jack Updyke to see if he's willing to provide figures from his Mini Men Zulu series. I'm sure your aware of the fact that FIGARTI is featuring a Jack Updyke Collection and who knows in time they may offer them. Jeff seeing that the Colonel out ranks us both and not to get you into any trouble here's the answer to the makes of the figures I have.

Just no link for transferring to the computer. I must say your work is proving to be quite entertaining. Please do continue.

Nice job on those minimen Lt. The falling zulu looks very dramatic (probably because of the heavy pounding he got ouch:D).
