My Painted Metal Figures (3 Viewers)

Congratulations my Lord General now I have another General to try and keep out of trouble but oh what fun it is to watch you all play......Aide DeCamp The Lt.

Thank you Lt. I will try not to forget my oh so humble beginnings. Remember the British Army may not have more than one disaster at a time. It looks bad in the newspapers and upsets the civilians at their breakfasts.

Oh my word! I do so hope somebody shoots him soon! He is ever so terribly frightening! I mean really! Can you imagine the cheek! Why the ladies would be shattered!

These guys look a little familiar to me. Did you already paint some They are very nice figures.

Your right my Lord General they made their first appearance in post 103 looking pretty much the same their shields, weapons and arms have been painted and still working on deatailing them and started on painting the faces. Now my Lord General has your magical paint brush gone into retirement. I know rank has it's privliges but it's responsible for leading and seems like your slacking off. A little less talk and a lot more action is requested my Lord. In other words get off your butt and pick up the magical paint brush MY LORD GENERAL......Your obedient Aide The Lt.

Getting there slowly but surely....The Lt.

Hi Lt.,

Your painting begins to bring the figures to life! The figures are lookin' good!

Thanks for providing us with a running documentation of your work. It is really a pleasure to follow along with you.

Warmest personal regards,

Pat :)

Actually lt., It is the not so magical camera that has been quiet as of late and the usual shenanigans with the gf . She is so darn cute!:D Any roads the brush has been busy and we will soon post more pics. Perhaps even tonight.

Just to show Lt and the rest of you guys that I am still painting here are the latest Steadfast castings

Oops never mind! Mean while back at Isandcabinetwanna

The main line of the 24th is brought to bear upon the Impis of Fishwayo

The lancers bring an expat polish fighter with them to scare the heck out of Fishwayos' men

The thin Red line holds so far

But how long can they hold out against the heathen savage???

John, Thank you.
Did you happen to get the number and name of the guy selling those castings ?

KV: His name is Don Weil from New Orleans. He is a retired Marine Lt. Colonel. His house was destroyed in the flood but I understand he is using a friends' spin caster. I don't have his new address. I think he moved to Baton Rouge. I will see if he got a new card. I have his old number and address. John

I would really like to get in touch with him. Anything you can do would help. He had some great castings
