My son Alec and I are coming to Great Britain August 3-11, drinks anyone? (2 Viewers)

Louis, when do I see you in Belgium ?
Would like you to taste our more than 400 different beers, our famous chocolates and famous waffels !!!!!
( we could also visit some of the WW2 battle - fields if we are still standing)
Guy

Guy,

Looks like John, Duke and I are going to Belgium!:salute:: Waterloo, Bruges, Chocolates and the world's best beer! Here we come!!

This is our last evening in London, before returning from Great Britain tomorrow. It has been an incredible trip! :salute:: This morning I saw Kevin Eliott (panda1gen), and the highlights included the Edinburgh Tattoo (the most incredible show I've ever seen!), touring Edinburgh, Stirling, Doune, Killarney, Inveraray and Berkhamsted Castles, Hadrian's Wall and the Roman fort at Vindolanda, countless lochs and Glens in the highlands, Stonehenge, Bath, the British Museum, the Imperial War Museum, and various antique shops and militaria dealers. Additions to the collection include a Highland Dirk old enough to have been at Culloden, a piece of doped canvas from a pre-WWII US Army Air Corps Biplane with the pre-WWII American insignia painted on it, and, for my lovely wife, a Victorian Carriage Clock in the original case. I'm negotiating with a dealer for a 16th century breastplate for my son. The food, the people, frankly everything but the weather was outstanding! Photos to follow when I get home.

First, the Castles . . .
