Over the span of this thread, DM101 has consistently shown exquisite skills in photography. As the thread progressed he has incorporated a rather interesting aspect of showing the K&C figure(s) along with a actual scene where the pose of the figure matches (pretty close) the actual historical photo. All has been done with fun and interesting settings and always in "good taste".
In this case, despite the sensitive nature of the location, I believe that he has once again utilized his talents at photography and kept the political aspect pretty much in the background. Dachau, today, is a place of remembrance and reverence, visited by 10,000's of people. I believe that the photos are in keeping with that frame of reference, as is pictures of Gettysburg battle field, Normandy, Waterloo and countless place of honor.
