Is it like the Bantams?
Did the US draft 'smaller' people?
I'm guessing there's a specific historical notation I'm missing here.

Lovely picture as always

I guess you are referring to the K&C figures but missed the photo where the GI is taller.

I have not lived in Hong Kong since 1997 but are all the people now the same height ?

The height difference of the K&C figures or in the photo is about the difference between myself (and a few others) and Jack.

I of course don't need to answer such a question and I'll assume the sarcasm was unintentional.

My point was, to what is a nice picture, is that within a scale, say the 60mm of KnC, figures within a similar time period are usually the same height (give or take a margin) unless there is a historical reference - for example Grenadiers, Bantams or historical figures of known height disparities (say De Gaul or many others)

I've no problem with differences in height and would like to see a greater 'SCALE WITHIN SCALE' discussion as it's something that interests me very much. However at first glance the differences here are very obvious.

Just completed post-processing - here are more images of the famous Field Marshal.....

Nice one DM. I'm glad I picked up a Normandy Rommel. I've used this figure for many different scenes. The coated Rommel looks very good as well.

Can't have enough Rommels!
