Tom
I do prefer the presentations in the soldier shop. The other pictures: Shelfs stacked with too much items in too small a place .

I thought I would stop playing the lottery but your pictures convinced me to continue...
many thanks Tom for your stunning report

Tom,
great images, thanks for all your hard work and dedication and for taking time on your holiday to visit K&C in HK .... or was that the purpose of the visit ????
I've been eyeing over the NAPs and in the Egyptian lineup I have 'spied' CAVALRY !!!!!!!!
Note the 2 different camels and 4 horses AND the General.
Are these things to look forward to tomorrow in DISPATCHES????
Hope so
John
Thanks for your photos mate, especially the wooden Warbirds. After awhile you run out of superlatives so I won't try.
Great photos!^&cool Thanks Tom!:smile2: That's a trip I hope to make someday . . . :wink2:
Well, what can one say that hasn't already been said? Certainly a most remarkable collection, of remarkable proportions. I think we may have an answer to the old saying "He who dies with the most toys, wins." Many thanks for posting all the pictures. -- Al
All I can say is wow you went to toy soldier heaven
Dear Tom,
Thank you so much for the wonderful pics, they have provided much insight to even how the lights were placed to shine horizontally at the figures, something i have not thought of. For once, i saw the pic of the KnC vietnam range, they are amazing. I hope, i can be there one day to look at all the collection in the shop. I am really bless by the effort to upload all these pics. Thank you for sharing
Best regards
Phoong
Thanks for taking the time to post all these photos - looks like a real eye opener! :salute::
Jeff
Thank you for these great photos...
I visited the store many years ago but never the offices.
Any idea what the gray master figures behind the early WW1 french infantry maybe? Look like they could be more french figures.
Thanks Tom for posting all the pictures from Andy's shop. I appreciate how many different figures that were released. J
Incredible photos! Thank you very much for posting!^&cool
Superb pics Tom, thanks ever so much for posting them for us.{bravo}}
Rob
Tom,
Thank you for sharing the extensive batch of pics of your K & C HK visit!!{eek3} The store looks absolutely amazing. The sheer volume of figures, vehicles, displays, etc. is staggering! I bet the K & C team is just loving their new larger store and it's location. You must have had a day to remember, to say the least. What a feast for the eyes. Everyone that visits always says Andy is such a gracious host as well. Fantastic stuff Tom, thank you!!
Joe
You've given us the virtual tour of the place and done a really remarkable job. I can now eliminate visiting this place on my Hobby "bucket list" {sm4}
Enjoy the Cleopatra set with her under the Italian archway....looks like I spy with my little eye the Imperial Chinese timber fort that was previewed in the recent collector as well.
Fun to see the Nam figures and the Huey as well.
Tom,
I visited Andy in june,it is an amazing sight when you step through the glass doors.
I've known andy for a few years now and he is always interested in making time to meet collectors that travel to Hong Kong.
My wife started me collecting King and Country,we were in Pacific Place and she looked over and said model soldiers, five years and 879 soldiers 89 tanks and vehicles and 12 aircraft,I'm still collecting.
When we were there,I saw the ruined temple and decided to get some Lighthorse to go with it,I'm about halfway on my Lighthorse diorama and have about 30 turks and Australians with more on the way.
I was also very lucky to see the new Bristish WW1 Middle East in their grey form, amazing amount of detail.
My wife and I have an arrangement, whatever I spend on King and Country,I spend on her,she has a 3 carat diamond engagement ring, and has started collecting the Berlin 38 series,as well.
I'm looking forward to the new releases next year.
Tom u the man
Better coverage than we got from Chicago show
Thank u my freind
It is an older release LAH018Can anyone provide any details about this piece? It appears to be an undamaged Chancellery building front. Has this ever been released?
Are they Del Prado?

Again we can rely on you Keith to say something negative about King and Country.Great collection. But does Andy count as a collector when he has his own company? His collection of other manufacturers should be the only ones that count

Wayne.
The camels aren't Del Prado, which is a galloping officer.
The General also features on page 2 of COLLECTOR #34 so he could be a definite possibilty for a future release?
The other cavarly don't match any Del Prado either, but could have been sample NAP figures?
