Chris, we got whupped. Loyola has a tremendous defense. Terps did their best, getting to the championship game, but we just lost to a superior team. Bridesmaids 2 years in a row, and the drought continues. Well, I'm still proud of what they accomplished. George, I hope you enjoyed the game and thanks for the good wishes. George, that's great you got to go to the game. Wish it had turned out differently though.
Al, it was a great tournament run and the Terps certainly surprised everyone. Loyola showed why they were the #1 seed. I'm also proud of what the Terps accomplished.

Sorry about the result guys, the crowd was pro Maryland, up early 3-2, held scoreless for the rest of the way.
You had a great run, something to be proud of for the school.
I try to get to unique sporting events in the Boston area, what are the chances of the national championship lacrosse game being back here anytime soon, so off we went, had a good time overall..............

Terps looked good. Wasn't as close as the final score indicates. Also, the B-ball Terps beat WF and looked decent doing it.:wink2:^&grin -- Al
