Hello everybody and welcome from Berlin,
This is my first post but a rather severe one. Rather accidentially I have noticed that the paint of some of my K&C figures starts to flake off. Please see the pictures attached, they represent just a selction. As you may notice, the figures are not from the same series and are not of the same age. I do store my figures in closed showcases, the affected figures have not stood in the same showcase. No whatsoever chemical substances have come into play. No physical damage do play a role. At the moment roughtly 8-10 figures (out of a collection of several hundred) do have those 'symptoms', even though I am extremely worried, that the flaking off will spread with time to come. Hence my question(s) are: Does anybody of you face the same problem? Do you have any suggestions, what I should do?
I would very much appreciate, if anybody could help me with this rather strange issue.
Thanks very much in advance,
Rainer
