New 1/30 Aviation Series (1 Viewer)

Sorry about that, we hope to introduce the aviation models for about $600-$750 depending on the production run.

In regards to the Tiger and Horch releases we expect to ship next month. Thanks for your kind interest.

very best regards,

Brian
How can you get on a notice list for these? I would be interested in a Spitfire for that price if it is as you describe.

Well, the proof is in the pudding so we'll have to wait and see what you come up with. I happen to love the Warbirds and if I'm going to switch those precious dollars to something else, it better be something special.

As for being bullish on K & C Warbirds or anything K & C, that's not exactly a big secret, as I think they make the best product and Andy is a friend of mine.

You'd be a great dealer for K&C with such fantastic spirit for the company;), Or are you, I've fogotten. Its flattering that in all of your busyness you find the time to watch us as close as you do.

Your always very kind and diplomatic. Anyhow keep up the good work and thanks for all of your kind input and keen interest in our fine products.

very best regards,

Brian

See you in Chicago probably:D

I'm not really sure what you mean, particularly with the end of the first sentence. If that is supposed to mean am I a dealer, I am not, just a collector like many here.

I'll be looking forward you see your airplanes, which I'll assume you'll have in Chicago.

So how do you get on the notice list for these and about when do you expect your first announcement?

Looks like "The Eagles Of The Sky Series" is temporarily(?)grounded perhaps due to Boeing's layoffs.

LOL, I'm sure what he means either Brad. I think he means your a "homer" for KC and yet your question remains unanswered.

Carlos, he told me as much at Chicago and let's leave it at that. It's forgotten at this point.

Any news on these wonderful birds? I was really looking forward to recreating the Battle of Britain at home here!

No Flight OPS orders yet so keep busy on the UK Home Front in preparation for Operation Sea Lion! Perhaps the fog will clear and the Radio Beacon will be operative prior to the WestCoaster show in early March!

Stand By,
Beaufighter

I assume that from the silence, this has perhaps has been shelved for the immediate future.

Brian,

Since airplanes seem to be in vogue, I was wondering if you had given any thought to reconsidering your decision.

Just stumbling onto this thread. With all these operating bells and whistles, how expensive and how handy would any repairs be. Coming from a model railroad background, with most engines electronically enhanced for $1000.00 or more (U.S.), just a basic sound card replacement can cost upwards to $300.00...never mind motor issues and such..Also, because replacement parts are not being stocked or no longer being made, some train collectors have been left with " shelf queens"...that cannot or will never be fixed...Just a thought and a concern. Michael

I had not seen this thread before so, its been interesting seeing the detail and responses. I must say, they sounded like they would have been some aircraft.
Mitch

I brought this thread up with the idea to see if CS had changed their mind, not expecting that the original concept would bear fruit, but that it might be issued in some other medium.
