New ACW Arrivals (1 Viewer)

Hi all!
Mike, great pictures as always.
I have to tell you that I sculpted all 4 of the turnpike fence sets and 'Hell for Glory' at the same time and had fun setting them up together. I also sculpted the Cushing sets immediately after this so the whole 'shooting match' put together tells a great story.
I remember my dad and mom taking me to Gettysburg as a kid and viewing the Cyclorama. I always wanted to set my MARX figures up to look like that, but it just wasn't the same. Maybe that is partially why we have been trying to add the variety to our range that you see in that painting. Even with some of the historical inaccuracies in some of the uniforms, you cannot beat the drama that the work conveys. If I only had the room to replicate that!

I have just returned from a week in China visiting our vendors and they are working hard to catch up on the catalogs, and making good progress. The turnpike sets are well into production and we should see them relatively soon and they look good.

Many of you have noted that there have not been any new American Civil War in the last two catalogs, but that was partially because I felt that we had several large sets coming back to back and wished to space it a bit so the collectors and dealers would not be too stressed. There is more coming...trust me.

Again, to all of our supporters thank you for posting such great photos. I am glad that so many of you share the same vision and enjoy dioramas as much as I do!
Thanks,
Ken Osen
