Not to trump Brian, but I recieved the latest TS&MF magazine today and WOW!!, the newest CS release is up in bright lights; the 146th NY Zouaves.

Brilliant choice for figures Brian, they were from the Union 5th Corps, commanded by Weed and they formed part of the Union lines to the extreme right of Little Round Top at Gettysburg.

They also took part in the doomed charge across Saunders Field along with the 140th NY during The Battle of the Wilderness in 1864.

These figures are in a word stunning.........

pics, pics, pics; they're in the magazine ad...............I am sure Brian will post them soon.

Well, I have a new leader at the top of my wish list. Can't wait to see the photos of these guys!!! I had become more and more interested in WWII, which I just started collecting a bit over a year ago, and now all these makers are getting me back more and more into my long-time CW collecting. I just received my 3rd K&C cavalryman a few minutes ago. I need more money, I need more money!

I did receive the digital edition TS&MF magazine a few days ago and like "Warrior" said, these figures are stunning, no doubt. I am not an ACW collector but what I saw so far these are probably their highest quality releases yet.
All the ACW collector better get ready to kill the "piggy" bank :)

CS is steadily improving and is becoming one of the top companies. The animation of their figures is great.I think I read where the use computer graphics to design their figures.I don't know if this is true or not and I don't know if anybody else does this but whatever they do it works.Still love those Polish Lancers.:):);)

Subscribe to the magazine and you'll see all the pictures you want; it's a great magazine too by the way, the best one on the market for toy soldiers..................

The Collectors Showcase is back on ACW with a vengance!

We're most pleased to announce our latest release, the 146th New York Garrards Tigers. We know you guys just love those zouve units, so here's our best yet. A twelve figure set due out in October. Build your set as a charging line or a firing line: its up to you.

We gotta say, you ACW collectors should brace yourself for a lot of new releases coming up. ACW is near and dear to me, so we'll get alot of fun stuff rolling.

Happy Collecting to one and all , HiYo Silver AWAY!

I am a glossy ACW fan, but must admit that these are wonderful. I might have to pick up a few and keep them away from my triple gloss spray can...Michael

Great Work - Can't wait to buy them all ! :D

Let us know when they make it to the dealers !!

I saw them over the weekend at the Chicago show and they looked great.

Wow! Those look amazing! I'm like a kid in a candy store (who currently has empty pockets:p!). Beautiful looking figures Brian. I like your vibrant choice of colors too; these figures really pop!

CS has focused on making ACW infantry figures with colorful uniforms. While I admire them, I don't buy them because they don't fit in with the ACW figures I have from other companies with traditionally colored uniforms. I like the design of CS figures, but I would like to see ACW figures with uniforms in the traditional colors.

I agree.I would prefer mid to late war figures which CS has produced.
