New BOB figures (1 Viewer)

I saw them a few weeks ago................

I always like the US troops in the long coats and especially the Mackinaw Coats. Years ago I saw the K&C Bulge sets and that is what got me into the hobby...Well along with the Conte D-Day sets.

I am a big Figarti fan....Their AFV's are excellent, but they have their ups and downs with figures. I really hope these look good in person, because I love the subject matter.

Little disappointed, as every time that I come across "BOB," I presume that the subject at hand is "Battle of Britain." :(

Can anyone tell what unit they represent? I see a red arm patch, but cannot make it out.

Assume that it is the Bloody Bucket, the 28th ID, made famous at Huertgen. They were a Pennsylvania National guard division. -- Al

That appears to be correct....There are also some 101 Airborne guys in there

I am a big Figarti fan for their AFV's...but sorry...not so in regards to these figures.......I must say that the best WWII Battle of the Bulge US Army figures (long winter coats) are the K/C brand at this time.....The BOB US Stretcher Party was well done... Even so the older Battle of the Bulge US soldiers (2005-2008 K/C stuff) is by far better then their recent US soldier BOB releases.

I'm intrigued by these forthcoming Figarti Bulge figures. I hope they're available at the Westcoaster. I'll need to see them in person before pulling the trigger. I collect K & C's Bulge range, but this year's K & C allied Bulge crop didn't excite me. I'm looking for someone to pick up the ball, and it looks like this might just fill the void for me. Thanks for the heads up uksubs!

Joe
