Okay...I received this today...and I'm gonna give it "2 Thumbs Up"...

while assembling it was a tad confusing...and also little frustrating because of the small scale being built with my huge fingers...it's now assembled and looks pretty good...

I give props on the detail and packaging...it would be too delicate to send pre assembled...in my opinion...

there are four strap harness's enclosed...sadly...no instructions were enclosed...here are some pictures of how I assembled mine...

there are 4 grommets on the base of the chariot...

the two short ones...are to attach the front of the chariot base (two inside grommets)...to go in between the horse's...to their bridle on the inside...

the two long ones are to attach the front of the chariot base (two outside grommets) to go to the exterior (outer sides) of the horse's...to their bridle on the outside...

it takes a little patience...and in my case a pair of tweezers...to do this...but it looks pretty cool when assembled...

I took a pair of pliers to fully close the silver circles once assembled...so they wouldn't slip off easily...I did not crimp the hooks closed as it would be difficult to move around easily...

I also really like that Brian chose a leather material for the leashes instead of sculpted metal or a chain link...the leather looks more realistic to me...

check out the detail on the outside of the wheel...the metal strip is a nice touch...

I have no issues with the size of the horses as someone stated on another thread...

I'm glad I got one quick as there are only going to be 300 made...

PRETTY COOL!!!

Does not look hard now that you have put it together for us, glad it was you Michael and not me, I do not have the patience with tiny pieces, looks nice assembled. Cheers, Robin.

Thanks for posting those tips - I'll be following them when I finally get the chance to put mine together!

Looking forward to seeing it at play Michael in one of your creative photo dioramas..........PapaZ

Looks like a very nice detailed set. I like the way it came requiring the buyer to assemble the parts once out of the box.....preventing unecessary breakage !

You've made a great job of that Michael {bravo}}{bravo}}{bravo}}

Cheers

Martyn:)

Thanks again for these tips! I finally put mine together and they helped a lot.

Now I want another one!

Steady Larso - I saw the elephant yesterday. It looked very nice as well!

I ordered mine yesterday...

It is very nice. The figures that are made to go with it are really impressive. If I started collecting again I would go with this range. Larso's lived in my cabinet for a year while he built his house and I really grew quite fond of them. Very impressive CS!

Very nice set....But if they produce 300 of it, that means that they plan not to sell more than 200, 250 in my opinion
