New CS bulge figures with KC (1 Viewer)

Anyone have any pics of the new CS BOB releases with their KC stuff? I want the new Joachim Peiper figure but only if the scale matches KC. Thanks.

I wish I could answer that question. Perhaps in the not too distant future. I plan on buying some more CS vehicles and have lots of K&C Bulge. From what I have seen with other CS releases I bought, the vehicles seem to go fine. The figures can be very different between the two manufacturers though.

I have mixed figures from the two makers. KC Normandy SS and CS Arnhem SS. The vehicles go together very well. The figures are another matter. If variances in figure size bother you, you will probably, IMO, have to pick one or the other maker. Size variances do not bother me so I like and mix them both. The CS figures are painted in a grittier, combat dirty style than KC. The CS figures are also a bit larger in stance and bulk. I have examples of figures from KC, CS, HB, and the odd NMA. CS is a tick larger, in MOST cases than KC, but CS really dwarfs HB and NMA (as well as early KC). Like I said though, I mix and match all makers as the size really doesn't bother me. I really like the CS hanomag with the troops jumping out, but I too are leary about them going with K&C. I understand the different painting styles and facial expressions, but I am just concerned about size. Brian from CS told me at OTSN that the new CS figures are compatable with K&C as CS has downsized them. BUT, I need to see them side by side are have an unbiased report on this.
I do like that CS hanomag and would love to add it to my K&C dios.

Here mate make your own mind up?The CS pieces have thicker bases.IMO not bad a little bigger but bearable.

They go quite well,its a shame about the thick bases though,I know this sounds like heresy,but.....you could always sand the bases down a bit!.Just a thought.

The Figarti match better don't they,nearer the K&C size by the look of it.

The recent Figarti figures are approximately the same height as the K&C figures with thinner faces and bodies. IMO they go well together.

Agreed,the D Day figs of both companies go very well together.

Guess I'm a bit of a perfectionist-was looking at the CS Nijmegen and Arnhem sets to see if they could go together with K&C. Great poses, esp the SS Panzergrenadier doing close quarters with a Para but the differences (facial expressions, CS slightly bigger) are too great. Too bad.
