Note from Scott on shipping from China and Singapore.
“Due to the prolonged pandemic, global logistics are undergoing cataclysmic changes. Our previously evolved process and cost structures are no longer workable.
For a start, we are no longer able to ship small orders (less than 4 box-sets) in a single parcel. Commercial shippers, like DHL, charge parcels of less than 2 kg the same charge as 2 kg (volumetric). (Our infantry sets weighs less than 300g.)
China Post Office air parcel service to foreign addresses (although postage charges by 250g steps) requires sender to open the parcel for contents inspection before accepting custom declaration for postal registration. It is extremely time-consuming for multiple parcels. We don’t use them anymore.
Transfers of items from our warehouse in China to Singapore has becomes subject to Singapore GST 7% for all transactions. Previously, parcels of less than USD 300 (SGD 400) are GST tax-exempt.
Paypal no longer refund us their commission deducted upon collection when we make refund after a short period.
There are many other changes which require of us to adapt to survive.
In a nutshell, please help accumulate your orders to 4 box-sets or more before placing orders on our website and making payment via paypal.
Your kind understanding and support is most appreciated.
We will adjust this practice once situation permits us to do so.
Take care,”
