Wow!!!!!!!! that's about all I can say!!! I picked up the grey Opel and must say it is absolutely spot on!!!!!!!!!!! the detail/weathering/color are great, all the benches fit perfect, works wonderful with the storage supplies.

Also picked up the 155MM gun, again another wonderful piece, the detailing in the nuts and bolts of this baby are worth every dime, the limber set is also very neat to be able to use in the future.

Recieved some Opel riders/ and tank riders, all work great with any of the vehicles.

But my biggest surprise was the First Legion diorama walls, these different sectional walls are awesome!!! haven't gotten to much discussion with them but they work with my WWII set up nicely.

Lastly but not leastly have to give a big thanks to Mark at Build-A-Rama who made me a custom made mat for a small WWII dio that I wanted, as soon as I can I will post some pics of these great sets...Sammy

Here are some pictures of my newest additions to my collection!

Great looking additions to your collection Sammy . . . . Santa was good to you. Although I didn't get any FL figures myself, I did end up with $250 in cash gifts . . . . ummmmm, I wonder what I will buy . . . .
:) Mike

Looks like you did very well Sammy. I'll be getting a desert Opel at some point in 2012. Thanks for the pictures.

Thanks for all the nice comments fellows, I will post a few more pics on the build-a-rama site to show the mat that Mark made, I was so excited in some of the new stuff didn't really get any good pics of the mat, really works well with my First legion collection, I really wish I had some camera talent as Frank, but know nothing about lighting and such, so these will have to do:smile2:...Sammy

Nice Photos Sammy.....First Legion products always look good.:wink2:

Sammy, all I can say is wow. It's threads like these that start dragging me into re-considering the FL WWII world-so very tempting. I hope we see more pics from you soon.

Take the plunge Mike you will not regret it:smile2:...these WWII guys only work with the First Legion style and size but a the end of the day it's a great line to have on display, once you get a few more to work together you'll see what I mean, even if you have a separate collection for other companies I can promise you if you like the MG-team there are some other great sets available that will blow you away, that grey Opel with the 4 riders and cargo are amazing!!! as plenty others so give'm a shot, order a few Ruskies and the next thing you know you'll be at the gates of Stalingrad!!!!!!...Sammy

LOL, Sammy, you make a strong case for jumping in ! Not to mention, I'd love to have the FL winter Mark III as it's one of my favorite early war tanks.
Must re-think this whole thing I suppose...

Well, I was hoping for five mounted crusaders and one mounted Roman.....end of
November and mid-December. Not so apparently. Anyone have any word on the
actual shipping date?
