Wow, imagine what I found on page 23 of the Toy Soldier Magazine.:cool: While it is tempting, I will let Matt post the pictures and make the official announcement but suffice it to say they are beautiful and a fitting demonstration that all this WWII stuff has not diminished their commitment to the original line that many of us like so much. So Matt, how about sharing.:D:cool:

Ohhhhhh, that's not fair. How about a little hint at least?

Beautiful, very beautiful,
the personality as well as the other ones
Konrad

Oh well OK, one of them is a famous cavalry personage. The other is related to one of the Emperor's skills but not his army.;)

I will state the obvious! Could it be Russian artillery and I am hoping Lord Uxbridge? I can't wait to see them

Now I know you know more about the Little Corporal than that Dave. I thought I was being too obvious.;) Perhaps Matt will notice this soon at relieve the suspense.:D

:D

I will go with DCN1898's guesses.

You guys are correct in everything....First, and most importantly, we would never neglect the green fields of early 19th Century Europe for the shattered remains of mid 20th Century Russia! Second, yes, it's Lord Uxbridge and William Prince of Orange from Waterloo as the 2nd and 3rd figures from our Mounted Personalities range and the 12lb Russian Artillery to expand our Borodino coverage.

The below images are the masters. The pre-order on these two figures will begin on Monday/Tuesday of next week with a ship date of mid-September.

Finally, here are the Russian Artillery. Pre-order will commence late in Augst with an October ship date.

Note, we will also sell a 20 pound licorne (howitzer) to be sold separately so that you can setup a proper battery.

As a side note, the pre-order for the Wurttemberg Line Infantry will also begin before the end of this month as will yet one more pre-order right at the end of the month as well. Napoleon's Europe rolls on...

Enjoy!

Regards,

Matt

And just for good measure for those who haven't seen them yet......

It appears that you get the prize. These are indeed beautiful, especially Uxbridige. Another mounted figure so we much be getting closer to some French and British cavalry.:D

Very nice looking stuff indeed. Thanks for ending the suspense. Especially like the looks of the 2 mounted figures. If current budget allowed, I'd have attempted to pre-order them already. :)

Wondeful figures, Matt! Specially the russian gun team hit my interest.

Outstanding figures. I will have to mow some lawns to get money for the Russian gun team!

I am really taken by Lord Uxbridge. I am not a great fan of personality figures but I may have to make an exception. Need any help with that lawn care job?:D

Those are really cool figures.
My resistance is being worn down

Love both of the new mounted personalities! They will make great stand alone pieces, but would really be nice next to a British command set.......

This is what a guy likes to see after being away from the forum for a week.
