New German Personality possibilities? (1 Viewer)

Wondering?
Since K&C has released some interesting real life German Officers figures in the past, I.E. Kurt (Panzer) Meyer, Fritz Witt, can we hope to see some additional German officers in the future? Maybe say a Max Wunsche or maybe Hermann von Oppein Bronikowski? They seemed to be a very charismatic group of officers.

I know that there was a recent release of German Tankers but how about
a Otto Carius figure? Or for some of us who only started collecting recently and were not able to collect, how about a dismounted Michael Wittmann discussing battle tactics maybe?

I think Wittmann was done as a Collector's Club issue, along with Bobby Woll. -- Al

The Bronikowski figure is currently available at retail as we speak ! Wittman and
Bobby Woll standing figures were released at K&C club level, probably making it
a while before new figures of the two are issued again......:salute::

I'm a bit keen on Eastern Front - what about a Friedrich Paulus, Ferdinand Schörner, Gotthard Heinrici, Hans Krebs, Helmuth Weidling, Felix Steiner, Theodore Busse or Gauleiter Karl Hanke (great to go with the Volkssturm being released as their major engagement was at Festung Breslau). With the exception of Paulus, all played major roles in the dying months on the Eastern Front.

I'd also love the Finn Mannerheim.

Thing is with personalities from all nations they just don't look like the guys in question. Hitler Goering Himmler churchill look like who they are supposed to be but, IMO some of the tankers and people like Wittman and bronis et al could really be anyone.
The winter K&C figure of Hasso could be as easily portrayed as Paulus at Stalingrad. Thats not a knock as its quite hard I imagine to recreate familiarity apart from the real motley crew and usual suspects of WWII.

Thats the good thing with the hobby these chaps can be whoever the collector wants

I would love to see an Otto Carius figure - both inside his Tiger and outside. I have just started collecting these models. My main collection is made up of signed photos by Axis and Allied WWII soldiers. I've started putting together displays with their vehicle and photo.
