The rivet pattern on this one kind of looks like "stiches." My preference is for the sort of finish that was applied to KC's Ding Hao.

well said. i am hoping the next ones won't have the stitching. i am not trying to cause trouble as i have known andy since 1995 and love kc but some times i tend to speak my mind. call it a constructive comment

that's what a forum is for discussion of all aspects of the hobby. what else can we do but, speak out mind. You either accept what K&C do with an element of personal taste over historical accuracy or, you don't buy.

Personally, I really like the red tail rivets an all!!

i really like the opel maultier aa he did along with the hummel they are two of my favorites. i also have almost all of the polystone planes kc has made of which i really loked the desert p40 as well as my red fokker dvll

To be fair beside the rivet K&C have done a great job on the P51D Andy just need to make a RAF version ^&grin
