Well I had a little time to work on this so I thought I would tackle the roof. Needless to say the little time I made to work on the roof turned into hours This had to be the most discouraging part of making this piece so far. I learned alot from the roof alone and will definitely take a different approach on my next project. I still have 3/4 of the roof to go and I need to do a little more work on the rest of the tower along with a little fine detail here and there but the project seems to be coming along.

1 more update. Still need to finish the roof and do some more detail but it seems to be moving along smoothly now. Sorry about the pics with the shortened grass matt I couldn't find my other one???

Thanks Mike. I had fun working on it. I know it may not be perfect but it suits my needs. You need to post some more pics of your Romans when you get a chance. I love that scene with the misty forest. That is one of my all time favorite pics. I hope ken makes another scene that resembles that forest. I would love to get it if he did.
