New Release: German Armored Train!

TCS breaks the mold again! tired of the same old releases? Not gonna happen down Austin Texas way^&grin We've got the goodies.

This limited edition Armored Train is just that, a one of a kind limited edition beauty. Three different railcars make up a classic East Front German armored train. The heavy armored train would be composed of nearly 15-20 cars just like ours. Double up on the Turret38L/42, add a radio car and some troops cars. Each set comes with a track and a figure. We start shipping these bad boys in three short weeks. Imagine your kids glee with one of these under your Christmas tree!

Talk about limited edition: 200 sets are available worldwide. Order through your dealer or go directly to our site:

Engines were built in. Dragon made a 1/35 scale model years ago; this model looks as good IMO. Excellent detail. Russians and Germans both used Armored Trains to secure rail lines. Brian has another first for 1/30 scale. Brian; are you using 1 gauge track?

Really?^&confuse

1 gauge: yes.

If I had to pick one word to describe this, it'd be either awesome or wow...but since I can't decide, we'll just use both.....AWESOME and WOW....way to raise the bar ! :salute::

BTW, what are those little round things ?

My best reference for German armored trains is; German Armored Trains by Wolfgang Sawodny published by Schiffer. ISBN-0-88740-198-8. The models made by CS are shown on page 35 in actual WWII photos.

Do you have more information on this ?

I have one or two of the Dragon kits laying around. They are 1/35 scale. We have sold a few at the shop. Money is always an issue with me.
