New release: Hetzer made in the usa! (1 Viewer)

Great looking Vehicle,Hetzers every where, now you lucky folks in the US will be able to head to Texas and take tours of the factory.
Anyone on the Forum apply for a job there,if a TS company came to Perth i would be first in line for work..............^&grin i can't paint but i can pack.
Will you be doing tours Brian?
I know Brad did one of the Figarti factory that would be awesome to see the whole process.

I wouldn't wanna do a tour of a TS factory, i would never come out!! ^&grin

Tom

Both sooooooo true! Any answers to my other question?

Good Stuff...I am about to go on a campaign..... I am going to heavily weather and add additional detail to my TCS stuff. I think they are going to turn out incredible. I want to blend them with my Figarti stuff. Both companies constitute the bulk of my Armor. Alex

HETZER-MADE IN THE USA

Yes, you read right: made in the USA! TCS is very proud to introduce our first TCS USA manufactured AFV: the Jagdpanzer 38t or Hetzer. The Hetzer was a more refined version of the Marder III and without a doubt an attempt to slow down Allied army thrusts on a variety of fronts. Based on the 38t chassis, it was a simple but lethal instrument of war. Our model features a figure, our well known thrown track option, removable schurzen, open copula, and comes in a Normandy and Winter pattern. Made of polyresin and metal, we just know that this first made in the USA piece will sell out fast, especially as the production numbers are just 300 units each.

For months we’ve been working diligently here in Austin to set up the TCS USA manufacturing pipeline. Well, it’s complete and we’re ready to rock and roll! All of the price increases in China over the last 18 months have made it, for the first time, possible to start up US production. I believe out-sourced contract manufacturing has probably seen its best days, and to get a lot of things done right, in house production capacity is now a must for any company. As all you good folks know, we specialize in in-house sculpting already, so we made the decision some time ago to add our own production capacity as well.

Quality? Your going to see a big difference. You see, we’ve created a custom polyresin blend that adds rich detail that is customarily missing in a lot of work done overseas. Metal parts? You’re going to see a lot more of those as our spin cast machine works away, pressing out parts hourly.

From digital sculpting to our casting equipment, to our state of the art paint booth, we now have it all: in house! And we can now proudly designate a new range of products as being made right here in Austin, Texas of the USA. So join us in celebrating this fantastic milestone at TCS. Pre-order our Hetzer with any number of excellent TCS dealers worldwide and receive a special celebratory grand opening gift. The Hetzer is priced at just $159.00 and available with our May catalog.

Cheers!

Brian
