I think this beast would look better with more operators crawling around its mass....soldiers busy at work, scurrying around.

these BIG GUNS needed a large detachment, and so far, only John Jenkins with is WW1 guns has produced a full crew.

lets hope that CS come up with at least a few more gunners??

The TCS Sturmtiger loaders add on set of 2 figures CS00794 could work as additional Karl crew IMO.
