New Release: LAH Mercedes 770k

TCS Releases the Fuhrer 770k. This Mercedes was supercharged and a technical marvel at the time.

Employed for just the highest ranking Third Reich officials it was a rare car to be seen. Our version is a perfect replica and even has an open and close door mode for a variety of display styles. Each limited edition unit ( 300 ) comes with four figures: Mussolini, The Fuhrer ( with a base for stand alone display as well ) the driver and a seated Goering. In addition there is the opposing seat bank that is available for even more figures. It works perfectly with our new motorcycle escorts.

Pricing, unchanged market pricing: just $165.90 for the boxed set. This is just another one of our great holiday releases due out with our November catalog. Stay tuned for more previews of our great holiday issue! ^&grin

Cheers!

Brian

I don't care for the topic (LAH) but the car is very nice and looks well done.

Thank you Brian i am in.Great looking car and figures.Mike B.;););)

I'm ready to order it. Can't seem to find it on the usual sites.....

Brian....

The car is superb (as is all of the Berlin range) the version I hoped you would do when you announced you were doing one. Very nice set indeed

The TCS Benz looks great and one has been long needed however I have one complaint. This complaint actually extends to all the manufacturers of polystone cars so far. Perhaps its just the boy modeller in me but chrome bumpers and plastic see thru lights just cannot be duplicated properly with paint. To date thats' the problem I've got with all these recent car releases. At the price point being charged that added bit of realism IMHO is needed.

I think this type of car has not been done by K&C for a very long time and black hawk did a similar version so, this is rather a refreshing release to have something different than the 6 wheeled car. This version was far more used by Hitler than all the others.

As for worn out I would think the popularity of the range and subject matter with collectors would negate such comments. Its more likely its worn out in hope more than reality for collectors who dislike the subject matter.

Looking forward to seeing it on its release

Looks very well done{bravo}} but I am concerned about scale being 1:28????.^&confuse...as it may not fit in with other LAH that collectors have....then one might have to refurbish an entirely new LAH collection due to scale discrepencies????.....But still seems to be well done and good for those who have not yet started an LAH series.

Frank...

My thoughts about the scale issues with CS are well known and, I am concerned about scale but, in my case, for this range, its not a concern as I don't mix my LAH. They are distinct collections as the offerings from the manufacturers Don't fit in terms of painting etc for me. Others may have to decide if it works for them but, as you say nice release
