New Release: Prussian 2nd Silesian Regiment!

Firstly I would like to wish you and yours a very happy Holiday Season. And welcome you to Q1 of 2016 TCS pre-announcements. 2016 is shaping up to be a banner year for us as we release more metal sets and add even more large scale figures to our collection.

The first addition we are pre-announcing is Napoleonic in nature. We’ve wanted to add Prussians for some time and are happy to do so now. The 11th line or 2nd Silesian Regiment. Composed of hard bitten Prussian infantry that fought at Waterloo they’ll make a great addition to your curio. With our optimal prototyping process and keen factory we’re able to still maintain our $36.90 figure price point, making collecting that much easier. And to top that, quality has never been better. Our Q1 catalog ships at the end of January and is bound to be a pleaser.

Our new quarterly magazine was a hit during the holidays and will be maintained and grown in size during 2016. Chock full of tidbits on TCS as well as numerous set specials, it’s perfectly free and we recommend you sign up on the site for your free copy. Sign up now so you can receive the free January issue.

Stay Tuned!

Cheers,

Brian

Can always use some Prussians if you are a Napoleonic collector....would have liked to see some attack march figures so a mass column could be created for dioramas.
Napoleonic battles in particular need some "volume" to illustrate the feel and tactics of the time.

Without naming names, there is another company that has made Prussians, most of which are still available.

Brad...Who?? Please Name some names:salute::{sm4}....Unfortunately these figures will very likely be 1:28th scale and therefore TOO LARGE for my existing NAPS.....They do look good however and I would definitely purchase some of these if they were 1:30th scale

You don't know {eek3} Really Frank. :rolleyes2:

Well I will answer it anyway. FL has the 11th Line Infantry Prussians, some of which are sold out. TGM has just come out with Silesian and Westphalian Landwehr of very high quality. The TGM and FL Prussians are exactly the same size (not going to debate what scale they are). I have some of both the TGM and FL Prussians and they go very well together when placed side by side. We don't know the size of the new TCS Prussians because no one has any. I would guess from past Naps from TGM they will be the same size as K&C Naps and appear to have a similar painting style.

Thanks Terry...If TGM matches FL in size and style I will definitely check them out.....I'm always in favor of more accurate 1:30th scale NAPS figures with varied poses to add to my FL Prussians....The FL Prussains are excellent and at approx $49 per figure are priced fairly for the quality IMHO:salute::....The more the merrier.:wink2:

I keep seeing reference to the fact that TGM is producing figures that are the same size as FL. I've seen references to the Romans, WW2 FJs, and now NAPs being the same size as FL.

Does anyone have any pictures of these new smaller TGM figures next to FL figures to show this new compaibility?

I posted some comparison pics on the TGM threads.
