Good Morning and welcome to the November Releases from John, written on a cold winter morning here in San Francisco. Winter arrived a month early and we even have snow in the Sierra’s.

Lots of good surprises this month, including a Christmas Set and his first entry into WWII, is this a trend? I hope you like the Madist Cavalry, they will add a lot to this whole series.

We will have these on the web site later this morning.

Hope you enjoy the new releases and that you get a chance to meet John at one of his stops on his World Wide Tour, details below.

Enjoy

hahaha...love Baron von Santa...that's too funny...

I'm really glad to see the 2 new sets of the Gordon adversaries...the Baqqara Lancer is a fine piece...I hope we get at least 4-5 more different poses of mounted Mahdists so a nice little diorama is possible...I love how he is leaning over the side of his steed as he appears ready to strike...

the wounded Beja Warriors are so welcome too...they will look good in front of the Sailor Gatling Gun as casualties...

the French Marines are nice...would they be acceptable behind the first/second part of the defense works for Carillion...

I'm really surprised to see a WWII plane...I hope St. Francis doesn't take the back seat to this series too badly...I'm anxious to add to my Abenaki village...

Been secretly wishing JJD would do WW2 planes and he has im WRAPPED and the 109 looks superb,2 brilliant 109,s releases in just over a week.
Hope its not his last visit to WW2.....................:):)

Hi Mike,

Thanks for that info - I sure hope it is not limited as my hobby budget went into repairing the flooding to my house (4 weeks ago) and ensuring that it does not happen again. New drainage system installed to move more water away from the house. Insurance covers none of it since the water originated outside the house. And this is the 4th time in as many years. It's getting old and every time I think I have a solution to stop it from happening again, Mother Nature laughs at me. So this time I hope the drainage system is large enough to move more of the water.

I lost the new W. Britain Barn box that was released a few month ago. I'm just glad I had the barn out for display. I really like that building. Now I think I'll have to hunt down a wood bin like you just got. I think it will fit rather nicely with the Barn.

ooooh Mathew...that sounds rough...Mother Nature can be brutal...a force to reckon with...I hope you have solved your problem this time...

great set of items as always ....but where is my British ground crew John !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! space is limited so I only have the British and Canadian Pilots and planes.....but they can't take off .....^&grin{sm4}

I love the Santa & the mounted figure. Very nice. The horses seem to get better and better with each release.

Just when I thought it was safe to go outside, more expense, love the Sudan horse figure, well done John, Cheers, Robin.

HO HO HO..........sign me up for Baron Von Santa.......oh, and hopefully the oil cart and attendant will be in the back of his sleigh as well.

Walt Damon

I will be getting the ME109, German Mechanic with oil cart and the Baron von Santa Claus!

I think JOhn has mastered the "charging horse" and we can now look forward to more cavalry in action!
Dragoons for Culloden, 1812 and perhaps some upcoming Seven Years War in Europe series.......

The oil cart is a must for me too. I just love the Knights of the Sky series, and that ME-109 is very sharp too. I love the way John includes fine details like wires.

I think the lancer is my favourite of those pieces. Really looking forward to seeing that in the flesh.
