I just checked out the Canada forum and found some new releases on a thread by "Lasalle"..it looks like a news letter but it's a little blurry, so I checked on First Legion site but it'a not there???^&confuse...anyway the thread shows alot of new stuff, including Dak riders, another Opel rider, and a winter Opel with crew, hope Matt can clear this up, maybe this is from a magazine release, not sure, but new stuff looks awesome, the winter Opel is gonna be another gotta have, but then again I gotta have it all anyway:smile2:...Sammy

The mystery has been solved:smile2:..Toy soldier magazine I guess has a leg up on releases, still hope First legion puts it up on the website soon, also looks like new Romans in the release as well, still the winter Opel with driver and a extra soldier is something to look forward to, hopefully just in time to be under the tree!!!...Sammy

Hey Mike,

I didn't see any AWI on the release, but it's a little blurry, and it's only one page, so not really sure to be honest, hopefully Matt will give us a update on these new releases, or upcoming releases...Sammy

that frozen Krupp is really neat!! I will appreciate getting the price points on those Romans as well. Hopefuly I can start thinking about getting them at the Hack Show.

Wow those trucks look good and the figure climbing in looks awesome, very tempting and a bonus with the winter version with the extra figure just the sort of thing to tempt me to adding it to my collection.

Nope, not yet. The Optio and Aquilifer are on my shortlist for Hack. I wanted to see these muchachos in the flesh. Beyond that, the Legate looks tight though I got quite a few mounted legates. The vignettes look fantastic so I am just waiting the price points on those guys.

No, believe it or not, my first FL purchase was TER006- The blown up European village house. I have a good feeling I will be leaving New Jersey in a couple weeks with a few Romans in tow however. Tops on the to get list would be the wounded Roman vignette.

Its good to see you back Chris. I always enjoyed reading your outlook and opinions on Rome and their enemies. I think you will be very happy with FLs Roman figures. Once I bought the 1st one I had to have them all so be prepared to walk out with them all^&grin

Thank you. I do sincerely appreciate the kind words. That's what I am afraid of. Nice thing is I just got a hefty check from a consulting engagement so I may actually still have rounds in the chamber and can rock and roll at whim. {sm4}{sm3}

Every time I see that Legate I hear the gladiator trumpets ringing in my ear!!

BTW- I have seen your pictures of your outpost- it looks spectacular!!

Really like that FL is giving some never before seen figures like the Optio. The medici (medic) would have been neat for the wounded Roman vignette but beggars cannot be choosers.

Hi Chris good to have another Roman Lover back.You will really like the FL Romans they are great figures.With FL--Aeroart--Figarti---Collectors showcase and Conte and k&c ALL DOING ROMANS room and dollars are going to be a problem for me .Hope you get and love your Romans.Do you collect any of the Russian makers of Romans?MIke B.

It looks like the winter Panzer I just purchased will have a friend to park next to:smile2: absolutely love the winter Opel as well as the crank guy and soldier working on the under carriage, the winter stuff is coming together nicely...Sammy
