New to honor bound any opinion compared to K and C (1 Viewer)

Would love to get a model of the jagdpanther ?
The HB Jagdpanther is a rare bird. We had a thread on it's rarity little while back and it ends up that there were no more than 100 made of all versions (paint schemes), in total. The only thing to do is keep checking the TF classifieds and E-bay to see if it gets offered for sale and then expect to pay some good money for it. -- Al

Makes you wonder what these things would make considering the numbers and the excellent detail!!!!!!!

Indeed it does. Good be worth twice original retail (which was $195) without too much trouble. They are finely crafted and painted vehicles. My ambush scheme JP is still my favorite AFV of all my AFV's. -- Al

I wish that honor bound had not run into all the problems they did regarding customs and duty. The stuff is great. I too have a jp and it one of my favorite pieces. I was lucky enough to get berg panther. The figures run hot & cold, but they have some very interesting sets. I wanted the Russian captured panther and missed it by a day.

Hey guys,

Very nice pictures. I don't own any HB AFV's nor figures. What would be a reasonable price to pay for one of these HB Panthers ?

Original retail was $180 so anything from there that you are comfortable with, IMO. -- Al

Forum member UKSubs has an HB Panther advertised in the Classified for Sale section. -- Al

after getting my first hb tank---panther at rest --it is beautiful work more realistic i feel than my k&c or cs afv"s.i think mitch is dead on with his opinion of the figures ---nice but not up to the high standards of the tank.i hope i will be able to find a few more tanks from hb i think they are amazing.

i have to disagree a little here. Two of the best sets i own , actually the best german infantry sets i have and i have most things made over the last 15yrs are the honour bounds sets of what appear to be 12thh hitler youth, hb32a and hb32b. These sets are still offered by treefrog and are about fantastic. They actually look like younger men and have the best camo for normandy i have seen . If you do not have these sets now pick them up, you won't be sorry

you can still get one for $190 to $225. I have seen them on ebay for that price and i also bought one in that range a few mos ago. As for the jagdpanthers i know i would not let one of mine go for less than $400, especially as there were less than 100 made in total of all four versions. I love the ambush pattern one but also like the two tone brown version. Good luck

I have 2 HB Tanks....Winter Panther and Winter Jadgpanther...Both Excellent....Better quality and detail then K/C AFV's....I did not get into the HB Gold Series as I felt they were too expensive at the time $375+.....The Best WWII AFV's Producer at this time IMO are Figarti....I own 7 Figarti AFV's......Best Detail at an appropriate/reasonable price point for the quality
