Actually there are a number of proper names starting with "ss", like "Ssangmun Station", a station on the Seoul Subway Line. "nt" is almost as problematic but there are some proper names like Ntoko, a Slovenian rapper. "ry" is pretty simple like Ryegrass.

I think the rules are rather relaxed so why not? There are a number more proper name choices for that one; there is a good one in Dungeons and Dragons for one.

Ssangyong is a legitimate proper name so I guess the next word should start with "ng", probably requiring another proper name.
