Very nice these must be the med version of the para's. The painting looks very good and very chrisp as we have come to expect from TG. I think these will be very popular with the collectors. Must say, the MGsets are very well painted and, the camo colours look very well painted. A good set of releases from TG

The gaiters look a tad dodgy, more Raff than army, and the patch on that bloke's trousers ruins the figure for me.

:(

Each to their own, But I think they look really good.

Can't wait to see them up close.

Harry....

The gaiters look fine IMO and, similar to many med pics I have seen. The patch is one that appears on many K&C pieces and, I have not seen many critiques of that.

Fine sets and will be very popular with collectors. Had a better look at the winter versions and Celtic I fully agree they are painted very well and are indeed very nice sets

Yes it is a MG34

Take a look at Mitch's post a few days ago on new releases, The side view helps to clarify. No paint yet and a closer immage.

TG has truly found a niche and is filling VERY nicely. That winter mg set will be mine.
Keep 'em coming.

As far as I can tell from the photographs the patches on the paras sleeves seem a bit oversized, but nothing that a small touch up job can't put right;
The MG set is a marvellous piece of sculpting.

Guy...

The guys in the boat have smaller badges or they look smaller than the standing ones so, maybe these are just the prototypes. I am always amazed at how photographs from manufacturers do not show their releases in the best light. I do think nobody who gets these will be dissapointed
Agree with you about the MG teams the sculpt detail looked excellent

I've pre-ordered the spring MG set...I had a hard time deciding between it and the winter variant, but in the end I selected the spring version at least partly because I already have the old K & C WS082 set, albeit a different gun entirely but a winter set nonetheless, so I thought I go w/ a little more variety. I take it many collectors will probably pick up both, but for those of us who are only picking one variant, which way are you going?

Congratulations are due to TG yet again, and Happy Anniversary!:)

I missed out on WS082, so I was thrilled to see the TG winter set release-and already preordered (not missing out this time).
And YES, Happy Anniversary TG !

Guys...

Here is a picture of some real para badges showing the sizes of each in relation to their counterparts. They look quite big here also but, its not long for everyone to have a good look. I think as the only other para's on the market are from other manufacturers who do not put on the regiment badge its probably new to many

I'll get the Spring set. I was too late for the Normany Para set.:(

I missed that one too unfortunately, but maybe we'll both get lucky and find one of those original sets at a show or something.

Mike - That works out perfect for you then, being that you don't have WS082. I'm really enjoying TG...bought my 1st TG figure (FJ sniper) at a how last year, and have been steadily adding figures here and there. Really fun stuff!

Joe, I've really enjoyed TG sets. I recently received the winter 75mm inf gun plus the add-on set and really like it. I believe they really 'work and play well' with KC, Figarti, etc....
