I just wanted to share some new additions to the WWII K&C Collection which I picked up recently ! ^&grin

Very Happy ! - I have always wanted these two sets and missed them back ten years ago when they came out.

DD-35 - M16 Quad 50 Halftrack and DD-50 Hellcat Tank Set are now in the collection - also I bought them at the very terrible place where CAPITALISM and OPEN MARKETS exists - EBAY ! ... OMG {eek3}

Yes - I did pay a little more than retail - but, being retired for so many years and ten years since they were released retail - I felt it was worth it.

No - it did pain me in my appreciate of the hobby or did I feel that the Government or some other Socialist System should have stepped in and reduce the price for me. :wink2:

I was just appreciative to be able to buy something I wanted and have it available from that seller.

LOOK AT THESE WONDERFUL GUYS !!!

A little political inuendo........We certainly know that lobbyists in this country can afford to pay above retail!!!!

Nice additions Ron. I've always regretted not having the quad .50, I have the Hellcat in winter version. Always been glad to have e-bay available to pick up pieces retired before I started collecting and picked up Naps dragoons that way. It's a nice option to have available. Chris

Very nice additions Ron, the Hellcat is one of my fave US AFV's in my collection, fine release from K&C^&cool

Those two older releases have stood the test of time very well, I especially like the Hellcat as it is identified with my favourite number 22. ^&cool The amazing thing here is how technologically advanced Napoleon's army was, no wonder he was able to put Europe under his boot for so long. {sm3}

Hello Ron:

You got two really nice looking K&C D-Day series sets!! I had sold the DD50 "Hellcat" anti-tank set to a dealer in France a few years back via eBay. Sounds like you are happy with the two sets and the price you paid for them which is all that matters. Enjoy your splendid new purchases!

very nice additions Ron ,
Where on e-bay did you find these ?? I almost never find anything interesting on e- bay or when I do they are not affordable !!!
guy:mad:

Nice purchase, I had no idea K&C previously produced a half-track, any chance of a close up pic of it??

Cheers Toddy
