I hope the market garden range this time stay as narrow in its remit as the original series and focuses on Arnhem.

Thank goodness the next drop has been delayed by fog. With my potential "price increase deadline" purchases I'll be tapped out and will need a significant amount of time to recover financially. XXX Corps sounds like a very interesting new direction, I'm picturing a lot of British tanks, armoured cars, etc.

These comments obviously relate to several recent threads on the forum relating to production costs, retroactive pricing, discounting, etc. as well as new products.

Conducted a “back of the envelope” statistical analysis of the forum membership. Sample size 299 forum members. Based upon available data 220 would appear gainfully employed (inferring stable or growing income), 63 retired (probable fixed income, except for COLA adjustment if any, recognizing there are exceptions), 11 students (undetermined discretionary income), currently unemployed 5. This would strongly indicate approximately 26% of forum membership (based on this limited sample) are inclined to have little or no discretionary income.

Pending the validity of this *****sment, and the current state of the toy soldier “Market-Place”, I hope that King & Country will be able to exercise due diligence in their technical research (i.e. accuracy of uniforms, insignia, vehicles, weapons, tactical markings and equipment) of any forthcoming additions to the “Market-Garden” series, or for that matter any of their other series. It might prove to be well worth the investment in time and resources vis-a-vis a positive effect on future sales volume.
