It was probably the placement of the figures and angle I took the picture at that made the First Legion figures look small.

There's no mistake/manufacturer error here. The First Legion figures and Figarti Winter Tiger are perfect matches size wise. Just excellent 1/30 to 1/30 scale relationships.

Hunter, Your photos of the Winter Tiger look a bit different then Firebat's photos on the other thread....Your photo show more camoflage showing thru the white wash winter weathering....Did Alex modify the winter weathering for his diorama photos.... or do you think it was just the lighting and camera settings used.....In regards to the FL winter german tank riders the scale is "perfect" IMO.....Figarti Tigers work very well with FL Stalingrad Tank Riders....an EXCELLENT match:1:30th figures with 1:30th AFV's I'm glad that some manufacturers are at least trying to stay on tract with scale as best they can.

It's just my pictures. They are from an iPhone and it tends to filter out the whitewash for some reason. I was more concerned with figure placement than capturing a true view of the whitewash.

In real life, there is a lot more whitewash visible. Firebat's and other pictures you see with more whitewash are how it looks in real life.

Here's another pic from my iPhone, that's a little better in regards to the whitewash. In my opinion its a pretty good rendition of a whitewashed tank that has seen some action and the whitewash is wearing off.

Sammy, It's a good Tiger Tank....you will not regret it....goes very well with First Legion FJ's.....I passed on the newest Figarti Winter Tiger because I have 2 of the earlier winter tigers with the kill rings....These are excellent 1:30th Tigers.....I hope that we will see some early war grey from Figarti soon to go with early FL Stalingard

Great choice , I really was impressed when I received mine. I'm not nearly as much of a Tread Head as I was 20 or 30 years ago but some releases are just too good to miss and this was one of them. I'm sure your gonna love it :wink2:. Really looking forward to seeing you put it to good use, it looks FANTASTIC with FL a better cost to quality ATV you wont find. regards Gebhard
