NFL 2015 Season (1 Viewer)

read most of the 74 page document on Peyton...

pretty ugly...pretty nasty...pretty disappointing...if it's true...

also pretty foul as to the length that Tennessee...and Manning family...have gone to cover it up...

but I guess that's how you try to protect a prospective Heisman candidate and potential super star in college football...:rolleyes2:

I have always liked Peyton...but this story is upsetting...

while I don't think this is a sexual assault...by any means...as the stories headline it...it is definitely sexual harassment...again...if it's true...

on another note...

watch this video of Ohio State's DE Joey Bosa...

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ia11VIg-Xrk

talk about a game changer...he's the closest thing I have seen to JJ Watts in speed...power...size...athleticism...drive and agility...

come April...I hope the Cowboys find him available with their number four selection...

but whoever gets him...he could be a game changer...

last I heard...Romo is supposed to have a metal plate infused/drilled/attached/super glued/or whatever...to prevent a 4th collar bone break...

but they might go for his successor in the first round...

Correct; he actually has breached it twice...................and yes Louis, this guy is a total fraud.

Comes across one way on the field and with the press, but is totally different by all accounts off the field and behind closed doors.

Just go away as personally, I've had enough of him.

And Brady is by far still the better QB, so sit on it and spin Peyton.....................

Agreed with the go away Manning...I've heard enough Omaha's to last me a lifetime, you got your shinny Lombardi trophy no go, of course dropping some large dollar bills to your Bronco defense on the way out would be nice....but what's this I read today?? he's possibly coming back for another season?? at this point I hope he does, he thinks the humble pie was a bit tart last year, if he's foolish enough to try another year get use to wearing that ball cap because that's what he'll be wearing come Sundays from now on...Sammy

And in other NFL news Arron Hernandez settled a civil lawsuit with the guy who he shot in the face.

Oh wait, that has nothing to do with the NFL yet Yahoo Sports and ESPN have that as their current headline.

Mike, can we move onto 2016 so that I can make my prediction for the Cowboys' win/loss outlook?:wink2:

-Moe

yes Moe...

anxiously awaiting your predictions...:rolleyes2:

actually...

if I had bet your 2015 prediction of a 4-12 record...

that would have paid some tremendous odds in Vegas I bet...

The Eagles signed Bradford for two years at $36 mil with $26 mil guaranteed. I know QB's are expensive but those numbers do match up with his numbers or his wins and loses for that matter.

Am I missing something?

Hehe, what an awful season! We got pretty spoiled in the decades when the 'pokes were always in the thick of things. I'll spare you my thoughts as to what went wrong, but I sure hope that things get turned around soon so that I can once more enjoy "a beer...or so" on Sunday's.

You think that's bad? Redskins Qb Kirk Cousins will earn $19.95 mil next season. Not bad for a Qb with an 11-14 career record.{eek3} -- Al

yes...hard to watch this year...one disappointment after another...

they lost all 3 key offensive positions...still...it should of been better...I blame the coaching...

That is unbelievable.

Forget about Mama's, let your babies grow up to be cowboys, let them grow up to be noodle armed QB's so they can earn, no, steal millions of dollars.

That is just insane, he's an injury prone corpse behind center....................

kind of hard to believe it's more than a 4 time Superbowl winner just got a new contract for...

Complain all you want but there aren't enough good QBs to go around. It's the law of supply and demand. Moreover, although he obviously wasn't great in 2015, he wasn't completely horrible either. The 28-year-old did throw more touchdown passes than interceptions. His passer rating for the season (86.4) was the second-highest of the five years in which Bradford has actually played.

Thus, what are the alternatives? Sanchez. Don't think so.

Bradford has made just over $78 mil in his career while throwing 78 touchdowns. Maybe the Eagles are hoping he throws 36 touchdowns over the next two years?

The NFL has offered me $16.1 million to watch the games next season. So I can't complain about Bradford just because he has been injured every season dating back to college and has about as much chance of winning a Super Bowl as Dolly Parton.

It's good to see some quality players actually coming to play for the Ravens instead of the usual departure of a number of players...Ravens have signed Ben Watson a great tight end from the Saints, picked up one of the better DBs in Weddle from the Chargers and today signed a much needed wide receiver in Mike Wallace!! now if the Ravens can grab a good pick with the #6th pick and 36th pick (I'm hoping Bosa is available at 6th) hopefully my boys can return to competing for the AFC North title...Sammy

Weddle is a huge pick-up. He is one of the best DB's out there, underrated if you ask me. I was hoping the Niners would get him.

Watson's nickname when he was with the Patriots was stone hands, hopefully for your sake he's learned to catch the football in the years since he left here.

Wallace will come in handy for all those Flacco specials "And it's third and 15, Flacco back to pass, heaves it down the sideline to Wallace.........incomplete............no wait, there's a flag on the play, DPI, automatic first down, the drive stays alive"................

Good luck in the AFC North there Sammy, the Steelers are my pick to go to the Super Bowl this year, so we'll see how it shakes out........

Since Watson left the mother land in NE he was the NFLs 5th rated best tight end last year, and being the refs like to drop the flags on the Ravens (one of the most penalized teams last year) I'll take some of those PIs all day, helps balance out the bullshit calls that goes against the Ravens as much as any other team, I do agree the Steelers will be the team to beat in the North next season...Sammy

It looks like you guys, including Sammy {eek3}, forgot about Sammy's NFL 2016 thread :wink2:
