I really like how you've managed to age the timber. Getting that greyish weathered tinge takes real skill.

They started as each rail being three coffee stirrers glued together then scraped and destressed with a blade and saw teeth until at the desired look, assembled to look like a rail fence. Painted with Tamiya light grey, a couple of black washes then several dry bushes...fairly straight forward.
