Hi all,

David and I just finished working out some small details on our latest project and this one is one I have been wanting to do for a long time as the Normandy battles are one of my favorite, and now that First Legion has some great Paras out and some Waffen SS units to battle, can't go wrong with a dio from TM Terrain!!! this one will be a much larger one then the past 3 dios as it will be displayed on a seperate table with sections to be added onto if needed (thanks UK Bob for idea) basically a Normandy countryside with farmhouse and barn, gardens, bocage, lots of terrain, hoping to be completed for the London June 2013 show, I look forward to seeing Davids work as always and his creation (and mine a little):) in just over 4 months!!...Sammy

After much delay I finally will have this dio up and running by next week, got some small pieces to add to go in with it so hoping to post some photos next week...Sammy

Sammy,

It looks like you have a heck of a diorama, one that will be hard to beat. Congratulations.

Brad

Hi all,

Part 3 of the Normandy diorama is in the works!!! as each section is 2 feet by 2 feet so there is plenty room to be able to work with, part 3 will be on the American side including a little more bocage, some open fields, and a house ruin/exsposed chimney, this section will allow for the American force to be able to move some vehicles into fighting position and go on the attack as the German forces hold up at the farmhouse.

This section should be ready for the June London show, hoping :)...Sammy
