Novembers Dispatches (2 Viewers)

Hi Rob,

Couldn't be more pleased with all WWII releases so far this year, specially the new Russians. Don't want to sound pushy, but since apparently the eastern front is doing well, why not some winter white Russians (they would go perfectly with the new BBG's) and another tank, a KV 1 or 2 for instance? The Hanomag would be most welcome, and with 3 variants one could cover most theaters, including Arnhem, that for what Andy said is very much alive, and probably in the pipeline... Think there's still room for a new fighter release this year too, but as hard as it is to guess which one would it be, it's easy to say I'll like it!{sm4}{sm4}

I would also like to see more ACW, especially Union infantry in their standard blue uniforms and Confederate infantry in new, clean, gray uniforms (they had to have them at some point in the war). It looks like we're going to have to wait until 2013 to see any new ACW, good thing it's not that far off. Other than that I would love to finally see the 1914 French cavalry that has been in the works for some while.

Hey mate, I do agree that 2012 has been a splendid year for collecting WW2 . My favourite range the RAF had almost a whole dispatches to itself, D Day has had some terrific releases in both armour and figures and now the Bulge has had a wave of fantastic sets, all in all I'm a very happy collecting bunny{bravo}}

Fallschirmjagers, Fallschirmjagers, Fallschirmjagers, and more Fallschirmjagers. Did I mention Fallschirmjagers?

One thing I guarantee you won't see is Fallschirmjager. I'm waiting for Hawkeye to make his push, again, and Andy to say no, again.

But Brad, he just says that to lull us in to a false sense of security. Which is why this time we're going to see the continuation of the SF series, starting off with a polystone Chinook, the intoduction of a new Falklands War series and of course, Commandos!

Asking for something over and over is not uncommon for me. That happens all the time with my wife. I recently would not stop asking for a SCAR 17. She finally gave in.

I know Andy has done them in the recent past and I know the TG does an extensive line of Fallschirmjager etc., but I really like K&C's better. I keep hoping Andy will make more for different series, ie Western Front, but it is just a hope. And to get really particular I would love to see some Fallschirmjager tank riders.

It was actually a big joke in Chicago between Andy and Hawkeye. Actually, I'm not sure why he doesn't want to make them because no one, in my opinion, makes FJ as good as he does, but there you have it.

Brad:

Good call, Andy's FJs are top notch. I always like the poses he does with them.

WWII collectors have been treated quite well during the last few months, with next month's releases to still add yet.
Anything else for WWII would be icing on the cake........^&grin

I would give Andy my first born (he's in Med School) or his choice of any of the other 7 kids for: A passle of Remember the Alamo Fighting Duos and a party of Mounted Plains Indians at the Gallop to toy with the 7th Cavalry; and just one more hand to hand Iwo Jima figure. I guy can dream. BOYER

Nothing like a fellow crazed toy soldier enthusiast willing to go the distance to get what he wants. :salute::

Parade Fallschirmjagers would be good. There hasn't been any new LAH for a couple of months - I'd like to see some more pre-1933 SS - perhaps a marching officer, flag bearer, or an early Himmler. Unlikely, but I'm still hoping for English Civil War from K&C. And a Stuka (winter, preferably).

We have seen new changes in the direction that K&C are going in with grey armour and Russians over the last couple of months. So maybe they will hit us all with a new range that will blow our minds. The leading edge company will always think out of the box . So Andy I hope we see something new and inspiring next month. Simmo.{sm4}

Not sure if it will be before Christmas or in the new year but I'm really looking forward to more F.O.B/Home front sets. The F.O.B range has burst into life again over the the last year or more and its almost as if its a whole new range that has included UXB, Police, shot down ME109 (excellent model that one by the way Andy!) etc etc. The scope for this series is very wide indeed, civilians, Home Guard, emergency services etc and I've a feeling there are some splendid releases in the pipeline for this {bravo}}
