Dear All

I have just posted pictures on our website of all our new releases (www.tomgunn.co.uk) and sent out pictures to all Gunn Club members. If you look on the workshop section of our site you will see 2 new SS infantry figures and I have also posted clay shots of a new sniper on our Facebook page (click on link at bottom of page).
Next month sees our first American troops hit the ground and December sees our first WW1 and Napoleonic's on display at the London show. Busy times ahead with another 3 new sets of hardware also in the pipeline including an American artillery piece!

Some of you will have already seen these new October sets at Chicago and have indeed already purchased them, for those of you who have not had chance please read below:

SS020 Late War Tank Hunters: 2 SS Tank Hunters, one aiming his Panzerfaust at an oncoming enemy tank, whilst the other waits ready with his Gewehr 43 to finish off the unlucky crew or to use his Panzerfaust should his team mate miss!
Limited to 200 sets in the Winter 1944 version and 100 in the Spring 1945 version and priced at $64.

SS022 SS/DAK Medic Set: 2 beautifully crafted figures that will accompany SS023 Medical Kubelwagen or work equally as well on their own. A medical orderly tends to a wounded solider with a very painful looking leg and arm wound!
Limited to 200 sets in the Normandy SS version and 100 in the DAK version and priced at $62.

S023 Medical Kubelwagen: A unique piece that has never been made in 1/30th scale before to my knowledge. Seen everywhere on all fronts throughout WW2, the medical Kubelwagen was a welcome sight for all wounded soldiers. Comes with detachable stretcher and will work brilliantly with SS022/FJ007 Medical sets or on its own as a diorama piece.
The Normandy version comes in a dark yellow with green tiger stripe pattern and the desert version is featured sporting a sand colour with grey undercoat paint chips.
Limited to 200 sets in the Normandy version and 150 sets in the DAK version and priced at $79.

SS024 HMG Anniversary Set: The very last in our series of German HMG sets for a long time so grab this one whilst its around, next year we will look at another weapon as I feel its time for a change and a different theme! This set features 2 SS gunners with one firing his MG42 and the other feeding the ammunition through, will enhance any diorama as a classic piece.
Limited to 200 sets in the Winter 1944 version and 150 sets in the Spring 1945 version, priced at $75 this should be an affordable piece every collector will want in their collection.

PARA005/COMM002 Dinghy Set: Following on from the very successful Para 001 dinghy set we have now launched a new version! This very flexible set features 3 heavily armed British troops attempting to make their way across an Axis held river point. The two rowers paddle nervously whilst a 3rd team mate covers the crossing with his Bren gun, ready to take out any enemy troops on the far bank!
Limited to 200 sets in the Paratroops version and 100 sets in the Commando version and priced at $95.

Thank you once again for your support and I look forward to hearing from you in due course.

Kind Regards Tom

Love the medical Kubel and the medic set. Second favourites are the tank hunters
Well done again.
Can't wait to see your first allied troops ( US)

OUTSTANDING looking new releases ! The MG set, tank killers will be mine-wish there was a winter Kubel, but this one could be converted.
TG keeps on rolling.

Another set of great releases from TG. Some great original poses coming through and, look forward to seeing where the WWI range goes.

Now this sounds very interesting!! US WW2 and WW1 figures in London, you've got my attention again Tom! Any chance the WW1 figs are Brits???

Meantime all the new releases look good, the master of the Sniper looks excellent.

K&C, Figarti, TG....London is sounding better by the day!

Yes Rob it does so happen 2 of the new WW1 sets are British, one of the sets depicts an iconic figure from WW1 history who I am sure any patriotic Brit will want in his collection! The 3rd figure in the release is a German but I have to say he is pretty mean looking and not somebody to be messed with!
If the US and British figures sell well then we will be developing lots more of these on a regular monthly basis.
Kind Regards Tom

The set now displaying in the workshop looks pretty neat as well, especially the officer firing the MP40. Good work my man, now.......more Commandos!

Not Lord Kitchener by any chance Tom?! These all sound very interesting and if you are going to be releasing WW1 Brits and WW2 US soldiers I'm going to find them impossible to resist, roll on London!

Thanks Tom

Best wishes

Rob

Most interesting to hear that you are going into releasing WWI sets.
Thanks for the info here and I am looking forward to see the first sets.

The new and future releases are very exciting! The medical kubel looks great and the news re the WWI range is very intriguing!

The US figures sound interesting. I hope they will be released in both in "Normandy - summer" and "Bulge - winter" versions. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a 57mm anti-tank gun as this would fill a very significant gap in the US ORBAT. The poor Yanks have got to have something to hold up all the German armour out there!!

Thanks for all the great releases- I think that Kubelwagon at that price point is one of the best releases of 2011. Congratulations on your success!! I look forward to enjoying it with you over the next several years.

The WW1 sets should be very interesting. Will keep my eyes peeled. For WW2- admittedly, US Jumpers have been done rather extensively though if I may make a recommendation, I am rather fond of the 506 PIR. {sm4}

STANDS ALONE!!
