Just wondering if anyone has purchased/received it yet and if so what are your thoughts ?
I am contemplating a purchase but it is a whole lot of pennies and out of my alamo/acw comfort zone .

Wow...the size difference between the older Sherman is drastic. Is K&C planning on making all their AFV's larger now in order to scale with their larger sized figures?
I think a few of the latest K&C AFVs may already be approaching 1:28.
Which would end up being on scale with their figures correct?

The difference between the two Shermans is huge. But consider what is being compared. I'm pretty sure DD045 is one of the old 1:32 models so it is quite small and the gun barrel is a short 105mm gun, also at 1:32. The Oddball Sherman is probably 1:28 and the oversize gun is a movie fiction. A comparison of a recent 1:30 scale 76mm Sherman like DD179 would be much closer in size to the Oddball Sherman.

If you compare this tank in size to the new K/C Easy 8, or CS newer shermans, it matches up pretty close. Next to my Humphrey Bogart's Lee tank, easily my new favorite tank. Michael
Terry agree but would be great if someone could measure it up don't you think ?
I hope this tank comes with a piece of pipe so the crew can stick it on the end of the gun barrel so the kraut's think it's a 90mm gun.................:wink2:
This tank and his two others are being held in reserve in case the Germans mount a counteroffensive on Paris........or New York..................{sm2}{sm3}{sm4}
Could you post some photo please ?
Will work on it after my honey do real life stuff list is done....:rolleyes2:Michael
