Old German city gate (1 Viewer)

I started working on a new diorama for a collector. His collection of K&C marching SA men needs a new display.
I suggested an old German city gate through which the SA men are entering the city. My idea was accepted . ( see drawing attached)
I made a rough drawing of what I have in mind . The small old wall I finished painting today. This week I will start to work on the gate itself .
I will keep you updated with pictures of my progress.

I started working on the main piece of the diorama : the city gate( the lower part)
I use blue foam and plaster moulds for the details
The next step will be the back wall ( fully detailed because it will be visible) the side walls and the living accommodation on top.
I will keep you informed of my progress through lots more photographs

1. 4 walls of the ground floor joined together
2. ground floor plastered
3. first inside wall of the gate painted and ready
Now work will start on the 1st floor: the residential part of the gate
