Old Steadfast Question (2 Viewers)

I wonder if the flat figure comes from the "new" Britains era, post-hollowcast.

A little help for the link, guys-when you follow it and get the message that the page cannot be opened, follow the hot link (the text link) "here" to return to Bonham's homepage. From there, under Current Sales on the left, click the link to "Toys, Dolls and Lead Soldiers", to navigate to the auction's first page. From there, there is a link for the lots of toy soldiers, including the three molds (beginning with lot 901).

Or try this URL, hope this works:

http://www.bonhams.com/cgi-bin/public.sh/pubweb/publicSite.r

If any of you happen to bid on and win any of these molds, would you be willing to make a casting or two, for your ol' Treefrog Forum buddies? :)

Prost!

Sorry, guys, my URL didn't work either. It looks like it's masked to a generic page, rather than leading directly to the specific page on their site. Well, in any case, my directions should get you there.

Prost!

The first mould of the mounted officer was hotly contested eventually going to a commission bidder in the States for £1400 plus commission.
